Who we are
Baton Rouge Gutter Installation is a free quote service. We connect Baton Rouge-area homeowners with independent local gutter installers for free, no-obligation quotes. We are not a gutter company, and the companies you hear from are separate businesses, not part of this site.
Information we collect
When you use our quote form, we collect what you choose to enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in and any project details you add. Only your name and phone number are required. We don't ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or account passwords, and you don't need an account to use the site.
How the form is processed
Our form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you press submit, your entries go to FormSubmit, which delivers them to us by email. FormSubmit handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy. This site does not keep your form entries in a public database.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your request and arrange your quote. That can include contacting you by phone, text or email to confirm what you need, and sending your request to installers as described below.
Who receives your request
To get you a quote, we send your contact details and project information to one or more independent local gutter companies that serve your area. They use it to contact you, set up an on-site measurement and give you a quote. Once a company receives your request, its own privacy practices apply to its copy, so ask that company directly about how it handles your information. We don't publish your request, and we don't share it with unrelated marketers.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
Cookies, analytics and technical data
Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that load our fonts may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to respond, arrange your quote and keep reasonable business records. After that we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send your request through the quote form with a note in the details box, or Call (727) 300-6656. We can't delete copies already held by a company that received your request, so contact that company directly as well.
Children
This site is meant for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. You can always learn more about the service on our about page or go back to the home page.
